What our partners say

London School of Economics

“ImpactEd Consulting really understood the LSE culture, history and current position … and assimilated so much knowledge in such a short space of time! I have also appreciated their ability to step back from the detail and join up thinking across our current structure, whilst remaining pragmatic about how to effect positive change. The ideas completely met my expectations of what I was hoping we’d achieve through this operational review”.

LSE

Education Endowment Foundation

ImpactEd Consulting was an amazing support in driving our work forward, this was incredibly important to the EEF, setting a programme up to deliver on our aims of supporting the most disadvantaged pupils. The EEF would like to say a huge thank you for all the value that ImpactEd Consulting provided. Their work will have a lasting legacy”

EEF

The Difference

“ImpactEd Consulting really helped our senior team through some thorny and significant discussions, and I’m very pleased by the clarity we’re gaining together. As well as a strong strategy session for our charity, we feel up-skilled through this process”

The Difference

Runnymede Trust

"The Runnymede Trust engaged ImpactEd Consulting to work with our board and staff team to facilitate a strategic review following a period of rapid growth and organisational change. The team collaboratively developed with us a tailored plan which included input at all levels of the team alongside some external stakeholder engagement. We were particularly pleased with the energy that the team invested in building a deep understanding of our organisation's history, values and external landscape in order to 'meet us where we are' and tailor their approach to our unique situation. The thoughtful planning and expert facilitation of strategy sessions allowed us to manage nuance and surface complexity whilst making good progress in developing our thinking. The consultancy as a whole felt supportive and personal and the engagement was notable for its flexibility and care. We are grateful for IEC's support and would confidently recommend IEC for future projects"

Our principles

We are not interested in giving abstract advice that isn't worked through into delivery. ImpactEd Consulting is committed to the following principles in all of our work:

Pragmatically linking strategy and operations

We understand that is not helpful to provide insight that is theoretically sound, but impossible to implement; we are experts in successful implementation as well as strategy design. We work hard to ensure that our strategic work is underpinned by useful financial and operational models.

Capacity building

Through our work, whether in EDI, strategy design, employee engagement or modelling financial scenarios, we will always work hand in glove with your team and ensure we are upskilling colleagues along the way.

Curating appropriate expertise for our partners

We are fortunate to have a network of directors and associates with a wide range of expertise in the commercial and charity sectors. We design teams for each of our partners that have the right combination of technical expertise and depth of sector knowledge.

Senior teams advising senior teams

The directors at ImpactEd Consulting have established, led and advised complex organisations, ranging from start-ups and charities to large financial institutions. We know how precious senior leadership time is, so we make sure our conversations and facilitation are purposeful and efficient.
